Employer: Bleu22/Velodea

Art Director
[sketches, architecture, layout]

Flown to Milan to oversee the design and Flash construction of the Gran Turismo 3 site, I worked with Bleu22's talented design partners, Area 51 Labs. Initial sketches, site architecture and layout, and direction fell under my umbrella of responsibility.

Project: SPYkids
Client: Miramax Studios
Employer: Bleu22/Velodea
Date: 2001

Team Lead/Designer/Programmer

The highlight of my web work, SPYkids (& SPK International) combined a fully-animated flash interface with online gaming, marketing, and community.

Working with other Bleu22 designers, I even had to pull a 50-hour continuous workday to produce a DHTML version for users without Flash.

Project: Original Sin
Client: MGM
Employer: Bleu22/Velodea
Date: 2000-2001

Assistant Programmer
Motion Video Editor

Aside from reprogramming the site's flash intro & load methods, popups and flashcard, my best work for Original Sin arrived on my last day of employment with Bleu22: creating a one-minute video walkthrough of the site, with synchronized audio events and a soundtrack.

Project: Big Daddy
Client: Columbia Pictures
Employer: CTI/Sony
Date: 1999

Designer/Programmer

My first high-profile film site, Columbia Pictures' Big Daddy was a fairly simple cookie-cutter job, fitting right in with the "online brochure" style of many movie sites at the time. It featured a Shockwave game, which, i guess, was kind of cool at the time.

An ongoing, evolving piece for electro record label Pretension Records, the fully Flash website features a cgi interface allowing the label owners to update concent without having to ask me to "just add one more thing". It's the coolest site i've ever done, and will keep getting better.

Project: Andromeda Flash Demo

Project: FutureRetro Synthesizers
Client: FutureRetro Synthesizers
Date: 2000-Present

Designer/Programmer
Content Management

One of my favorite projects, the FutureRetro website provides the home for an amazing one-man analogue synthezizer manufacturer. While nothing complex, the site offers information, tips, modifications, artist spotlights, and ordering information.

Although not the most exciting work i've done, my first year @ CTI was filled with content management and updates for Sony's existing SDDS site. I don't think the site has even changed since I last worked on it, either.

A quick job to assist a friend @ Nick, this insignia denotes the battle cruisers of the Tallest, the Irkin Elite. It (or a one-eyed variation) can be found on nearly every spacecraft in the Irkin Armada.

Project: ShowBiz Scoop
Client: CTI/Sony
Date: 1999

Designer/Illustrator

Consider the context: It's for a .com, but it doesn't have any swooshes!

When Sony began assembling their community sites pre-
Screenblast, their entertainment newsletter needed a logo. Someone else added the "beam of light" later on.
